Vitra has created engaging online tutorial experiences for their ergonomic office chairs using Emersya’s Interactive 3D.
The experiences combine real-time 3D animation and custom story-telling interfaces to demonstrate how to adjust their different task chairs.

Customers can click on an adjustment topic from the menu to see the instructions and the 3D animation demo, or click directly on different parts of the product in 3D to trigger the demo animation and find out how the part can be adjusted.

This is a great example of how Interactive 3D technology can be used to enhance the after-sale, online customer experience.
