Whirlpool launched a new range of small kitchen appliances and were looking for a more interactive way of presenting their innovative features.
With Emersya’s technology, Whirlpool were able to create triggered 3D animations to demonstrate all of their products’ functions. These real-time 3D animations help online customers to better understand how the products work and to experience the advantages of the innovative design for themselves. The 3D exploded views demonstrate how all the different parts of the products fit together and can be disassembled for washing, while the dynamic annotations provide deeper insights into the product technology. Emersya’s platform creates a unique url for loading the experiences into Emersya's Interactive 3D viewer, in any web browser. Whirlpool was able to embed the interactive content in their website using a simple iframe and share the embed code with their distributors to allow them to embed the 3D product experiences on their own sites. This offers enriched product content to online consumers across Whirlpool’s worldwide retail network, with the possibility to track the level of consumer engagement on each of the different embed sites.
